About the Author, Federal Marshal Victor Black spent his youth
Greystone Perpartory School at the Schreirner University.Victor went to get his Masters in Preternatural Biology, and Meta-physical Theory at University of North Carolina at Asheville, where he studied under the acclaimed occultist Dr. Nicoli Rasputin.

Victor Black has published three scholarly papers, his most acclaimed is his notes from the Master Colad, where he published his notes after a three month study with the Master of the City of Asheville Colad.

Victor Black studied for a year and half in North Scotland at the Merlin School of Magical Studies.

Victor Black at the age of 26 became the Official Preternatural Executioner for the Blue Ridge Mountain Area.

At the age of 30 he joined the Federal Marshal Program. Upon graduation he moved back to Texas in the Dallas/Fort Worth where he opened an Occult Shop and is aiding the Dallas/ Fort Worth Law Enforcement.

WOLFSBANE

Wolfsbane also known as Aconitum is a Purple flowering Annual found natively in the highlands of Northern Europe.

Wolfsbane has been thought to do to many things from curing a shape-shifter of it's "curse". to Protecting you from Were-wolfs. Sadly these ideas are wrong and many people have died clinging to the small purple flower as a were-wolf tore them apart.

The truth is that Wolfsbane, can be used to force a shift in a Therianthrope from one form to another.

Yet to do this Wolfsbane must be Collected and processed correctly.

First: Wolfsbane must be Harvested under the light of a Full Moon, I do suggest that you preform some sort of magical ceremony for this. Because as with most things magical in nature mystically charging the Wolfsbane will make the end product more potent, but this is not required. The useful part of the Wolfsbane is the flowers I have yet to find use for the stem or roots.

Second: after harvesting while still in the light of the Full Moon the Wolfsbane must be cleansed with clean water. Modern artifice has made this much easier than in times past for purified bottled water will work fine for this step.

I have known a few followers of The Way who insist on using Holy Water for this step but I have found that this is not necessary. But there may be some time that doing such maybe useful I just have not run into it.

Though for those whom know of such things if using Wolfsbane that has been purified in Holy Water has any effect on a Vampire animal to call hmm food for thought.

Third:Now that you have the Wolfbane cleansed it needs to be dried I have found tried and tested ways are still the best so I dry my Wolfsbane in the pages of old books.

Fourth: The Wolfsbane must be Milled this once again should be done in the light of the Full Moon, I have never done this part with out the Full Moon so it would be interesting to find out what it would do but I am not willing to waste my Wolfsbane.

Once Milled the Wolfsbane powder may be stored in an air tight container, I have stored Wolfsbane for months at this stage so I believe it will keep along time.

Fifth: This is the last step in the process you must find the blood of a animal the represents the shape-shifter that you wish to use the Wolfsbane on. The closer the animal to the Therianthrope the better. You could use dog blood for instance for Were-wolves but it would be week and would only work on new and weak Were-Wolves, now wolf blood would be the best but if your dealing with North American Were-Wolves, Timber Wolf blood would be better, and if you were dealing with European Were-Wolves Black Forest Wolves would be preferred.

This brings me to using actual Shape-Shifter blood for this step all I can say is I have never done it I haven't read of anyone whom has.

Now you must mix about a Table S of Blood to a Teas of WolfsBane powder once this is combined you should feel the mystical energy stir with your solution if you are not Sensitive enough to feel such things i suggest you get someone who is during this step, because if it does not flicker to "life" than something has gone wrong and you should start over.

Now what did I mean by Wolfsbane forces a Therianthrope to change form?

I mean a Were-Wolf in half man half wolf form, also known as the War Form would changed back to human form. It will also take much of there energy, tiring thing out.

Why would being forced to change form weaken a Were-Wolf? Because being forced to change is hard and it takes alot of energy to struggle against the change.

Also It could force a Shape-Shifter in normal form to take its War Form.

Now I dont know about a Shape-Shifter in its animal form nor do I know if it works on shape shifting witches.

But I do know if your make a weak batch or you have a very powerful Therianthrope that the Wolfsbane can be less effective.

I once used German Shepard Blood in an Emergency when dealing with some rogue Were-Wolves In the Blue ridge mountains, well it only forced one of the Were-Wolves arms back into human form. He simple used the other arm to rip my calf nearly off before I was able to shoot him in the chest with silver buck shot.

So now you must be wondering how to administer Wolfsbane?
First it can be ingested, once swallowed it take about a minute before it forces a change.

The next method is through injection into the blood stream. I usually use a dart gun, my gun for Wolfsbane injection is a Modified DAN-INJECT CO2 Injection Rifle Model JM Special the modifications include a 3000 psi compressor for refilling and a 72gm CO2, a 10 shot rotating Dart Barrel with a silver content metal alloy coating. It also has a hidden 10 in high silver content spike for close quarters defense.

Now , if you wish to make a lethal concoction add equal parts Silver Nitrate to Wolfsbane in a dart.

Now for the legalities, first to handle the blood of any endangered species you must have a class 12 animal care license or a written letter of recommendation from someone with a class 12 license.

Second, if you are found in an investigation were you are a suspect for the murder of a Therianthrope. Having Wolfsbane can make you a suspect with prior cause making the Varmint Laws non grati.
