Personality: Victor is a hard intellectual often flaunting his knowledge of the occult to people.
History: Born in a small town in southern Texas Victor grew up a country boy this changed when at the age of 8 Victor Powers began to awaken. He became outspoken and rebellious his father Gistan Black who was a retired 5 star general sent him to military school.
When Victor was 16 he was at home on Christmas leave his family was attacked by a group of rogue Vampires.
His mother, father, and his older sister where all killed in a terrible Christmas Celebration Led by a Master Vampire Named Hathos.
Victor and his older brother Calven where saved by the Vampire Hunter Tracey Gothmor.
Victor became obsessed with becoming a Vampire Hunter Like his hero.
Family: His only living relative is his brother Senator Calven Black.
Victors day time job is an Occult shop in down town Dallas.
