Personality: Phillip is one of those men who is in control all the time. He calls the shots and expects others to follow along. When something does not go the way he expects it to, he will take matters into his own hands, violently if he needs to.
History: Phillip was born and raised in New York to a very wealthy family. He father was a well-known surgeon and was gone most of the time and his mother was on many different boards for the arts. When he was 12 he was sent to boarding school and only saw his family on holidays, and even then he was mostly just home alone with the maids and housekeepers. He went to NYU for premed and continued onto medical school. While he was in school, his mother was attacked and killed by a rogue werewolf arriving home late one night. The werewolf was never found but it is believed that the local wolf pack killed him. He went home for the funeral but returned to his school as a changed person. He had always been cold-hearted but now he was driven with hatred for all shifters. Humans First reached out to him, offered him a way to focus that hatred and he latched onto it. He has now moved to Dallas to be chief of surgery over the preternatural unit and he hopes to use the position to lock away...or kill...every last monster. He also intends to use his position to test ways to hurt shifters that would take longer to heal or things that can't be healed by shifting.
