Physical Description: 6'2" 175 pounds, Brownish-blond hair green eyes, Celtic cross tattoo with his father's name and birth and death date, wings tattooed on his upper back and an Indian arrow head on his wrist.
Face Claim: Jensen Ackles
History: Cole Avery was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico to James and Colleen Avery in 1980. He has a younger sister, Teresa (1984). Cole’s father farmed and tended his land. Cole and Teresa helped on the farm after school and on the weekends. Cole wanted a different life so when he graduated from high school in 1998 with honors, he enrolled in college. The law making vampires legal had passed just a few years before and Cole wanted to be a biologist specializing in mythical creatures.
He came home on spring break and the farm was attacked by a roving band of werewolves. Cole was able to get his mother and sister to safety and himself. His father was killed by the werewolves and bounty hunters had followed the wolves and killed them. After his father’s funeral, Cole dropped out of college and helped run the farm.
For a while him, his sister and his mom tried to keep it running but after 3 years they weren’t turning a profit so they sold the farm and moved to Houston. Cole decided to join the police academy but was quickly kicked out. He wasn’t cut out for the work. He ended up working for the local vampire hunter, learning to hunt vampires. After awhile they branched out into hunting rogue shifters and even a few demons.
Vampires attacked the office while Cole was on vacation leaving him the only living member of the company. Cole closed up shop and he, his sister and his mom moved to Dallas. He figured since all the vampire hunters and bounty hunters were grandfathered in as U.S. Marshals that maybe he can go to work for the police and for whoever the local vampire hunter is.
